Whether playing an intimate solo acoustic performance in a coffeehouse setting or rockin' out with his band "The Luv" Rick's performances leave no stone unturned in the garden.

MY BAND

The Huge Members, Rick's pre-eminent rock band that occupied most of his time during the 80's & 90's, opened for  people like Joe Walsh, Blue Oyster Cult, Cake & Mike Keneally & Beer For Dolphins just to name a few. The Huge recorded 4 albums in all.

One of the biggest local influences on Rick is this man, Cecil Duscharme. One of Rick's more formative experiences with Cecil is immortalized in a song called "Old Friend", the first song on Rick's first solo release that bears the same name. Cecil ran a music store in an old converted rail station in Castleton, Vermont for many years. One day, Rick went into this store with his mother to purchase a guitar and Cecil's love of music and his nurturing, mentoring ways with young squires like Rick truly inspired him. Cecil also introduced Rick to long time collaborator Duane Carleton. While Cecil is no longer with us, his footprints will not soon fade away. The world could certainly do with more like him.

The Man and his band are all about THE LUV and few people come away from these shows without that same warm fuzzy feeling you had at your first school dance!

Redingtons Vocals and guitar slinging efforts are seasoning nicely and can be sampled at any of his live and/or studio offerings. Come see for yourself!

Rick's never been content without having many irons in the fire. Recording with Legendary Rock N' Roll  Hall Of Famers Jorma Kaukonen & Jack Casady of Jefferson Airplane & Hot Tuna  & currently finishing tracks with Buddy Cage & David Nelson of The New Riders Of The Purple Sage. Touring with his band "The Luv"  has opened up many new doors and avenues for which to spin his musical tapestry. Recently seen riding the wild frontier in their 1970 Retro-Phonic and Phsyca-Funkadelic "LUV BUS " The group PROMISES to leave a mark on your heart by the time they pull out of your town!
